GRANVILLE COUNTY
A permit is not currently required for fences.
BUTNER (TOWN)

CREEDMOOR (CITY)
A permit is currently required for fences within the Creedmoor city limits. More information can in the municipal code via section 2.10-3 and section 2.13 by clicking here.
OXFORD (CITY)
Per municipal code, A COA (Certificate of Appropriateness) is required in order to obtain a building permit, including fences. More information can be found here.
STEM (TOWN)
A permit is not currently required for fences.
